The Outreach and Engagement Specialist provides outreach, engagement, case management, housing navigation, and supportive services to individuals experiencing homelessness, focusing on individuals and families who are literally homeless, staying or living in a place not meant for human habitation, including vehicles, and those facing barriers to housing stability. The position also supports Safe Parking operations and provides eligible CalAIM/CenCal Health services, including Housing Transition Navigation Services (HTNS) and Enhanced Care Management (ECM), while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with community partners to promote housing stability and end homelessness.
