Outreach, Relationships, and Customer Service: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with healthcare providers such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, home health agencies, and senior centers to generate referrals for in-home care and assisted living placement. Reporting to the Owner/Director of Operations, this individual will focus on marketing Always Best Care's in home care and assisted living placement services to healthcare providers, including case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and senior living facilities.
