Ensures compliance with all contract requirements, including but not limited to, billing rates, invoice review and approval, substitution of personnel, applicable FAR clauses and subcontractor flow downs, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), cost tracking and reporting, and the Small Business Subcontracting Plan. Closely coordinates various groups of management, engineering, operations, logistics, and support personnel resources to create and sustain an efficient project team.
