The Instructor implements appropriate teaching strategies, monitors and evaluates student progress, maintains accurate student records, advises students, assists with department and division assessment, assists with department and division strategic planning, serves on department, campus, and college teams/committees, and takes initiative to perform other duties as assigned. Essential Functions Provide Instruction in Assigned Subject Areas Provide instruction to students in the face-to -face classroom, online, hybrid, and/or dual-credit setting according to the objectives of each course assigned by employing diverse teaching methods appropriate to individual student needs to accommodate various levels of academic preparation.
