Apply, optimize and develop single cell RNA-seq, metabolic labeling enabled scRNA-seq, Perturb-seq, multi-omics, long-read sequencing (nanopore, pacbio), STARmap, 10x Visium, Stereo-seq, or combinations of these technologies with other research assistants, graduate students, or Post-doc in human cells and/or in vivo models of disease. Successful candidates will demonstrate a solid grounding in molecular biology, single cell, multiomics, spatial genomics assays, genetic editing, and other pertinent experience areas, including cell culture, imaging, mouse work, Perturb-seq, lineage tracing, nanopore sequencing, cardiovascular diseases, and more.
