The position will collaborate with IP&E Managers, IP&E Senior Analysts, Supervisors, Coordinators, Caregiver Health, Workers'' Compensation and Return to Work, and local leadership to provide efficient and cost effective inter and intra facility services and training for ergonomics, safe patient handling, and other injury reduction services. The position will promote integration of services within a culture of safety, wellness, and injury prevention, demonstrating principles of a highly reliable organization, including pay attention to detail, communicate clearly, have a questioning attitude, operate as a team and speak up for safety.
