Currently managing approximately 1,100 units across diverse properties, Bode is actively engaged in the construction of four properties (ranging from 80 to 135 units each) and navigating the permitting processes for seven developments (with unit counts ranging from 150 to over 300 each). Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Architecture, Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with 3+ years of experience as a licensed Architect, or as a professional designer/intern who can, through experience, take a project from Schematic Design all the way through building construction completion.
