Work with Assistant Retail Manager to maintain the physical appearance of the store, including, but not limited to, ordering and maintaining needed janitorial and restroom supplies, removing safety hazards, picking up store merchandise and restoring to proper place, cleaning parking lot, sidewalks, windows and doors, store floors, restrooms and other public areas, maintaining appropriate sized walkways to ensure the safety and health of customers and employees. Responsible for carrying out all retail and processing operations in the store, including, but not limited to, hiring and developing a qualified, culturally stable team; continual training and coaching for all staff; register and donation operations; customer service; store appearance and displays; efficiency of the processing department; and employee interactions, as outlined in the essential functions of the job and in compliance with company policies, procedures, and mission statement.
