Reporting to the Technical Manager - Radiology, the Technical Supervisor serves as a first-line leader and resource for staff, assisting with workflow coordination, staff performance, patient safety, and service quality. Provides ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to Mammography staff; addresses performance and conduct concerns; administers corrective action as appropriate; and participates in or effectively recommends employment decisions, including hiring, promotion, transfer, discipline, and termination.
