We expect you to efficiently build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure the stability of company's revenues and growth. <h2>Insurance Broker responsibilities are:</h2><ul><li>Consult clients about befitting risk management strategies</li><li>Develop effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to current or new clients</li><li>Explore the needs of business or individual customers and propose them plans or other services</li><li>Find opportunities and build relationship with potential customers Using networking, cold calling and other methods</li><li>Review insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and satisfaction</li><li>Prepare regular reviews of progress and present them to interested parties</li><li>Organize bookkeeping systems, database and records</li><li>Meet your goals in finding new clients and selling insurance products and services</li><li>Stay informed about market trends and updates in the field of insurance products and services</li><li>Follow company's policies and ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements</li></ul> <h2>Insurance Broker requirements are:</h2><ul><li>3+ years' experience of working on an Insurance Broker position</li><li>Good experience in providing client-focused solutions and building customer relationships</li><li>Experience of working with major kinds of insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical and so on</li><li>Good knowledge of computers and statistics methods</li><li>Strong communication, presentation and sales skills</li><li>Results-driven and able to work without supervision</li><li>High school or BSc degree; professional certification will be a bonus</li></ul>
