Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies • Manage and develop a team of brokers to achieve business objectives • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to improve business performance • Negotiate rates and terms with carriers and service providers • Provide guidance and support to other members of the team as required. Preferred Qualifications • Masters degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Professional certification in logistics or supply chain management • Language skills Fluent in English (oral and written) • Computer Literacy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management software systems.
