Hands-on experience and knowledge of networking, including the OSI 7-layer model, various management and analysis tools, Cisco technologies like Secure Endpoint, Windows Defender, Zscaler, Citrix, and networking protocols. Understanding and experience in a recognized ITSM framework, ensuring the management of a proper environment configuration, IT hardware inventory management, licensing, software distribution, and PC/end user onboarding and offboarding of all IT equipment, including PC setup, troubleshooting, and security controls.
