Education, Experience and LicensesEducation - Associates Degree with emphasis in Building Construction/Inspection Technology, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, other related field or any equivalent combination of education and experience Experience - 5 years of building construction and inspection experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience or, any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and ability. Plans, coordinates, and supervises the operations and staff of the division to include scheduling, specifying procedures, equipment and manpower, planning short and long-range goals, and implementing work objectives.
