Experience supporting web and mobile product ecosystems 3+ years delivering AI, ML, OCR, GenAI, or intelligent automation solutions Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI governance, and monitoring Familiarity with AI performance metrics including accuracy, precision, latency, confidence scores, and drift monitoring Experience defining AI product requirements, success metrics, evaluation criteria, and operational controls Partner with Product Directors and business stakeholders to shape the vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for identifying and prioritizing new opportunities to expand the capability across the Mobile App and Web member experiences.
