Conducts team member training, including maintaining the training records, related to the Safety Program.• Serves as Chairperson of Community Safety Committee; scheduling and conducting regular meetings, maintaining meeting records, and submitting meeting reports to Executive Director.• Ensures compliance with state and federal safety regulations including, but not limited to, Cal/OSHA.• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general repair skills• Ability to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to interpret written plans and instructions, and to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.•
