A bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, and experience in instructional support, lab coordination, academic support services, classroom technology support, or related administrative operations; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. This role is responsible for coordinating lab scheduling, maintaining instructional resources and equipment, supporting faculty and students, and ensuring an organized, effective, and student-focused learning environment.
