Diagnose and resolve issues across multiple trades, including light HVAC (filter changes, condensate lines, thermostats, basic diagnostics), electrical (outlets, switches, lighting, basic troubleshooting), plumbing (clogs, leaks, fixtures, water heater basics), carpentry (drywall, doors, hardware, basic fabrication), and general handyman work. This position combines direct technical work with vendor coordination and project support, requiring both the skill to resolve issues on-site and the judgment to know when to escalate, when to recommend a vendor solution, and how to evaluate competing options.
