Communicates and coordinates with Facility Maintenance other District departments (e.g., DoTs for alarms) for major repairs that cannot be completed by assigned FM or facility maintenance staff (e.g., elevator, HVAC repairs, major plumbing, electrical), and submits requisitions (e.g., EMPAC). Manages and performs maintenance activities of facility grounds (e.g., trims landscaping, mows grass, removes snow and ice, athletic field irrigation) and housekeeping activities (e.g., the positive appearance of facility, graffiti).
