Responsibilities: • Supervise • Plans, assigns, and supervises the daily work of 11 building trade staff members and various contractors in the repair, operation, and maintenance of buildings, including ceilings, floors, roofs, walls, stairways, doors, windows, door hardware, locks, millwork, and masonry. Customer Service: • Maintains strong working relationships with all University partners, including Public Safety, Campus Planning & Operations, faculty, students, and other community members, providing appropriate communication and customer service in accordance with established departmental expectations.
