The Water Operations & Maintenance Manager is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the City's distribution pump facilities, distribution storage tanks, and the facilities maintenance functions of the Allen Water Treatment Plant (AWTP) (including but not limited to facilities cleaning, plant lighting, HVAC, ground maintenance, waste management, roadway maintenance, safety and security. Inâ¯addition to above requirements: newâ¯hires must, as a condition of employment, pass the following pre-offer and post-offer/hire processes:⯠in-person interviews, reference checks, and background checks, which may include local police check, DMV check, drug screen, and fingerprint checks through CBI/FBI.
