Software Knowledge: Acquire certification and proficiency in utilizing advanced technologies, including but not limited to Procore, Building Connected, scheduling software, drones, cameras, measuring equipment, weather metering tools, augmented reality apps, and other relevant devices and technologies for project management, verification and documentation purposes. APMs are expected to spend most of their time on construction sites to effectively learn and implement construction management methodologies, gain firsthand experience in construction execution, and provide optimal support to projects and project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
