Currently pursuing a degree, certificate, or technical program in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Process Technology, Industrial Technology, Chemistry, Environmental Science , Process Technology, Operations Management, Business Administration/Management, Human Resources or a related field at an accredited college, university, or technical school; Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience within Industrial Services; Willingness to learn in both office and field environments based on internship assignment; Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment with a willingness to learn and take initiative; For field-based assignments, ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, which may include lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing stairs, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods. Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by following all safe work practices, policies, and procedures; Gain hands-on experience alongside HPC Industrial teams in both field and office environments; Support projects, operations, technical work, or data collection based on internship assignment; Participate in team meetings, safety discussions, project planning, and day-to-day operational activities; Work alongside Project Managers, field teams, operations leaders, engineers, and chemists; Participate in Clean Harbors Internship Program networking and professional development activities; Complete and present a final internship project at the conclusion of the program.
