Responsible for managing strategic relationships of new and existing referral sources—including hospitals, physicians, substance use disorder specialists, community organizations, care managers, and legal/judicial professionals—to generate client referrals, promote awareness of treatment services, and strengthen the organization’s presence and reputation within the market. Able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.
