ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Assist the bus driver in maintaining good student behavior.</li><li>Assist the bus driver in maintaining a safe environment for special needs students.</li><li>Assist in the transporting of students into and out of schools and home, delivering students into the caregivers' care.</li><li>Assure students enter and exit the school bus in a safe and orderly manner.</li><li>Assist students as needed in getting on and off the school bus.</li><li>Operate a wheel chair lift and secure wheel chairs according to safety regulations.</li><li>Assist the driver in maintaining a clean school bus.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalency is preferred. Previous Bus Aide experience and/or experience working with disabled students preferred. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Successful completion of pre-employment background checks. Appropriate personal and professional conduct at all times around students, other staff members and the general public. Student management is a huge responsibility that aides will have to address. Student management covers everything from positive interventions to preventing bullying, harassment and/or violence. This is a major part of being a school bus aide. Your Mission & Key Responsibilities:
<div><ul><li>Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.</li><li>Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.</li><li>Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.</li><li>Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.</li><li>Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.</li><li>Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.</li><li>Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.</li></ul></div>

You will begin and conclude your daily shifts at our Beebe Transfer Station , located in Beebe, AR. In this role, you’ll operate a rear load garbage truck, servicing customers by collecting solid waste and transporting it to a local transfer station or landfill. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.
