Oversee pre-employment/post-offer physical exams, health screenings, drug testing, immunization tracking and administration (e.g., influenza, hepatitis B, MMR, varicella, Tdap, TB screening/testing), respiratory fit-testing, and communicable disease monitoring/exposure management. Design, implement, promote, and evaluate a comprehensive employee wellness program focused on physical, mental, emotional, and preventive health (e.g., education initiatives, fitness/wellness partnerships, stress management, healthy lifestyle support, and incentive programs).
