Option 1: Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, retail management, financial management and 2 years' experience in amanagement role within a retail, operations, or distribution environment, with responsibility for supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developingmanagers/supervisors, managing workloads, and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees.
