The role owns strategic vendor relationships, roadmap and investment priorities, governance, implementation accountability, and cross-functional alignment across Patient Access, Clinical Access, Operations, IT/Infrastructure, and external partners. Own the transformation portfolio, priorities, and outcomes, providing direction and executive support to the leaders responsible for product ownership, workflow transformation, adoption, AI, automation, digital access, and self-service initiatives.
