Deal Execution: Lead end-to-end corporate development execution across M&A, investments, divestitures, and strategic partnerships, including target sourcing, market mapping, valuation, financial modeling, diligence, negotiation, approval materials, closing, and integration planning. Strategic Initiative Evaluation & Due Diligence: Provide comprehensive quantitative and qualitative evaluations of strategic growth initiatives, including new market entries and business lines, in close partnership with the Corporate Strategy team.
