The Development Manager acts as a critical member of the Development Team at Greenbelt Land Trust (GLT), designing and leading GLT's comprehensive annual giving program to diversify and grow revenue streams, with a focus on guiding strategy for moves management of donors under $500, coordinating direct mail and fundraising email campaigns, and donor recognition activities. Individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, Pacific Islander, or other People of Color, people who are queer, trans, non-binary, people with disabilities, people who are immigrants, people from poor and working-class backgrounds, and people who are/have been system-impacted are strongly encouraged to apply.
