WHO YOU ARE: Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science; Strong agronomic knowledge of vegetable crop production and the ability to convert data into practical knowledge and solutions for growers; Demonstrated strong customer focus and sales orientation, with the ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-based environment; Strong written and verbal communication skills (minimum 50% English written/verbal); Self-motivated and assertive with strong results orientation; Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, with occasional national travel; Valid driver's license and ability to pass a driving record background check. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working across regional markets in protected crops, processing, and open field crops; Bachelor of Science with 5 years of experience in agronomy, sales, field development, or an R&D-related role, or a Master of Science with 3 years, or a PhD with 1 year of relevant experience in Plant Sciences or Agribusiness (agronomy, plant pathology, weed sciences, or closely related discipline).
