Basic Qualifications:7 years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or related disciplines.7 years of experience conducting BIA, risk assessments, tabletop exercises, and disaster recovery testing.5 years of experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure recovery strategies.5 years of experience supporting VMWare products5 years of experience supporting Dell EMC technologies3 years of experience managing enterprise-level resilience programs within financial services, investment management, banking, or capital markets. The ideal candidate will have experience within investment management, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, wealth management, or financial services environments, with a strong understanding of regulatory expectations, operational resiliency frameworks, and technology recovery planning.
