This role partners with departments across the company including Construction, Sales, Design, Accounting, Marketing, Purchasing, Warranty, and Executive Leadership to evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, recommend innovative solutions, and implement AI-powered tools and process improvements that drive operational excellence. The Business Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for identifying opportunities across the organization to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance the employee and customer experience through artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and continuous process improvement.
