Master's degree preferred</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist covering all major areas of HR</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Minimum 2 years of experience with recruitment</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Minimum 2 years of experience in a government contracting setting</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">HR certification required (SHRM, PHR, or equivalent)</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Demonstrated success implementing HR initiatives within various organizational structures preferred</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Demonstrated ability to manage and administer a broad range of tasks including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, resolving complaints, and counseling managers and employees</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Demonstrated knowledge of current and progressive principles and practices of human resources management</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, interact with, and influence all levels of management and employees</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Strong understanding of business, financial, and operational excellence acumen</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and make decisions in a consistent manner</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Knowledge of HR in government contracting environment and SCA strongly preferred</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#ffffff">Must be willing/able to work on-site up to 2-3 days per week and to meet with clients in North Alabama;
