Under the administrative supervision of the Prevention Division Director, the Director of Business and Financial Services is responsible for the management of the Prevention annual budget and performance contract, prepares and develops budgets for grant proposals, compiling and analyzing statistical data for the division, and providing administrative support to the Director of Prevention Services and Prevention Program Managers in fiscal activities such as budget maintenance, grant budget proposals, completing surveys, planning documents, contracts, memos, reports, and other clerical support. Associate’s Degree in Administrative Support Technology or related field, with business math and accounting courses required, with 5 years of experience in a business management position (preferably a non-profit or government/public sector environment) that includes responsibilities in accounting, budget preparation, and computer applications in data management.
