This role works closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, customer service, quality, inventory, shipping, and operations leadership to ensure prescriptions are processed accurately, safely, compliantly, and on schedule. The Lead Pharmacy Technician serves as the primary point of contact for technician workflow questions, shift coordination, training, issue escalation, and daily production priorities.
