Serve as the facility's clinical resource for wound prevention and management by providing education, competency validation, and clinical coaching to nursing staff regarding skin 1 assessments, pressure injury prevention, wound treatment techniques, documentation requirements, infection prevention, and evidence-based wound care practices.
