Document and complete monthly resident reports, transfer records, and weekly skin reports per Montereau policy and procedure, to assure a high quality of care is maintained and service documentation is maintained for billing accuracy. Collaborate with medical team, note physician's orders, and coordinate with appropriate pharmacy and/or ancillary department team members to assure follow through with orders for testing, medication, or treatment as ordered.
