As an Account Executive, you will engage directly with prospective clients in your territory, selling voice, data, video and mobile services while expanding Spectrum’s customer base. Beyond our connectivity solutions, we also provide local news, programming and regional sports via Spectrum Networks and multiscreen advertising solutions via Spectrum Reach.

Your success will be measured by your ability to generate new accounts and exceed sales targets, making a clear impact on Spectrum’s market reach.  How You Will Make an Impact <ul><li>Prospect and generate new business sales within an assigned territory through field engagement and lead follow-up </li><li>Conduct consultative needs analysis with prospective customers, leveraging expertise in Spectrum Business products and services </li><li>Identify and offer tailored solutions for small business communication needs, including voice, data, video and mobile </li><li>Achieve sales and product targets by managing sales opportunities from initial contact to closing the sale </li><li>Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using required software and tools </li><li>Collaborate with other business teams to ensure timely order execution and superior customer service </li><li>Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as directed by management </li></ul>Working Conditions <ul><li>Field-based role with daily outside selling, frequent driving and walking required </li><li>Office environment as needed when not in the field </li></ul> What You Will Bring to Spectrum  Required Qualifications  Education <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience </li></ul>Experience <ul><li>2+ years sales experience or 2+ years in telecom or technical industry </li></ul>Skills <ul><li>Read, write, speak and understand English </li><li>Skilled in managing sales and administrative tasks efficiently within deadlines </li><li>Quick learner who applies new knowledge in a team environment </li><li>Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills </li><li>Driven, professional and determined character </li><li>Valid state driver’s license, safe driving record, reliable personal vehicle and car insurance   </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications  Experience <ul><li>Business-to-business outside sales experience in telecommunications or technical industry, with a history of exceeding goals </li></ul>Skills <ul><li>Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook </li></ul> #LI-KD1 SAE270 2026-71102 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
