What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: The Business Systems Analyst Support Services would have a college degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields. A college degree may be substituted by sufficient years of experience in the health care industry. One year experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design, or configuration and/or acceptance testing is required. Experience with a business area that is supported by this position is required (i.e, Provider Network and Contract Management, Digital Solutions, Pricing, Membership, Claims, etc.). The Business Systems Analyst Support Services Senior would have a college degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields. A college degree may be substituted by sufficient years of experience in the health care industry. Three years' experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design, or configuration and/or acceptance testing is desired. Experience with a business area that is supported by this position is required. Description Summary: The Presale Business Coordinator (PBC) assists the Presale Business Manager and the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator with their various tasks. As a key coordinator, the PBC is primarily responsible for tracking, organization, and assisting with all pre-sale projects for DWS. The Presales Business Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Presales and Contracting and is responsible for collaboratively working with all departments to determine the most effective but profitable winning strategy for all of our pre-sale efforts. Responsibilities: Effectively follow, manage, and improve the DWS pre-sale process for various type of projects Collaborate closely with DWS Proposal Specialist to deliver high quality and accurate proposal content Update Opportunities in NetSuite with Presale progress for tracking Assist in determining if there are additional internal communications requirements for each proposal (emails, calls, in person meetings, etc.) in accordance with the defined pre-sale process. Engage various DWS internal teams and proactively monitor progress of all presale deliverables needed for the proposal or quote delivery, track in NetSuite Track the timeline of active proposals via NetSuite. Scholastic is seeking motivated New Business Sales Consultants (NBC) to help expand access to our Book Fair programs. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with prospective schools and organizations, introducing educators and leaders to our programs that support student learning and literacy development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

+ Conduct high-volume outbound phone outreach to schools, districts, and organizations, working leads generated through marketing campaigns including email and digital programs.

+ Introduce Scholastic Book Fairs to decision-makers such as administrators, literacy coordinators, and program directors.

+ Lead initial discovery conversations to understand program needs, funding sources, timelines, and decision processes.

+ Qualify leads based on defined criteria to identify strong sales opportunities.

+ Track and document outreach activity and insights in the CRM system.

+ Partner with Inside Sales Representatives to ensure smooth handoffs and coordinated follow-up.

+ Meet or exceed activity, lead generation, and pipeline goals.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.

+ Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in district/territory sales, event management, personal selling, and customer service with noted leadership ability and qualities demonstrated.

+ Proficiency with MS Office software; experience with Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management or Web-based software programs.

+ Familiarization with children's literature, Book Fairs, and school activities desired.

+ Ability to execute a vision, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results.
