The Director of Real Estate and Small Business Servicing and Funding provides strategic and operational leadership for the end-to-end real estate and Small Business servicing and funding functions, including loan boarding, payment processing, escrow administration, insurance and collateral management, payoff and satisfaction processing, post-closing funding, exception resolution, member experience, and servicing related vendors oversight. The Director leads managers and teams, develops talent, establishes performance expectations, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational goals and a high-quality member experience, with strong emphasis on Fannie Mae servicing requirements and best practices.
