This position works closely with commercial lending, Fund Banking, Venture Banking, BSA/AML, OFAC, Legal, Risk Management, and Internal Audit to identify and mitigate compliance risks while promoting strong governance and safe and sound banking practices. Preferred: Experience with specialized commercial lending activities and complex customer structures, including Fund Banking, Venture Banking, foreign investor considerations, regulatory examinations, audit support, issue remediation, or corrective action validation.
