LCSW Summary: Under the general supervision of the Behavioral Health Director, the Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)'s function is to provide assessment, consultation, case management, behavioral health treatment and resource acquisition to patients/clients referred by the providers in conjunction with HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. and the School-Based Health Center (SBHC).
