As a Senior Consultant, Global Business Services, you will support the strategy, design, and implementation of business and technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness, cost efficiency, service experience, and organizational agility- increasingly through the lens of AI-enabled operating models. In this role, you will support strategic transformation programs, help develop governance structures, implement new capabilities globally, and optimize business processes-including exploring effective human-AI operating models.
