Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.3+ years of hands-on experience working with or supporting Warehouse Management Systems in a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or similar operational environment. The WMS Business Analyst partners closely with Distribution Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and third-party vendors to identify operational challenges, improve workflows, support system enhancements, and ensure warehouse technology effectively supports the business.
