This role supports the TMS team by translating logistics, warehouse, carrier, parcel, and ERP needs into clear requirements, process improvements, system changes, and production-ready solutions across multiple transportation platforms. Partner with developers, Operations, logistics teams, vendors, and business stakeholders through discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
