As an Associate Director, you will be an integral part of our People & Change practice, visioning, driving and leading the delivery of people-focused transformation solutions with a strong emphasis on managing change and transformation for large-scale ERP Platforms, such as Workday, Oracle and/or SAP S/4HANA.You will: Lead the growth and execution of the Change Management capability from pursuit through delivery, including designing tailored client solutions, defining scope and resource requirements aligned to client business challenges, developing concise and compelling Statements of Work, and ensuring seamless handoff from pursuit to project delivery. Lead day-to-day change management capability delivery for ERP transformation programs, providing strategic and execution oversight across two or more core business functions, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Lean Warehouse Management (LWM), and Plan to Make (PTM), to drive stakeholder adoption, business readiness, and realization of transformation outcomes.
