The Assistant Store Manager supports the Retail Store Manager in leading day-to-day storefront operations, managing inventory flow from online auctions to physical customer pickups, and ensuring the team delivers efficient, accurate, and customer-focused service. Work Conditions/ Physical Demands: This position is performed in a retail storefront and warehouse environment and requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, staging merchandise, and assisting with customer pickups.
