Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):** + **(Level: 3)** 5+ years of experience working in supplier management, procurement processes and practices + 5 + years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems + 5+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN), Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills + Experience in leading a cross functional team **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):** + **(Level: 4)** 7+ years of experience working in supplier management, procurement processes and practices + 7+ years of experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design + Experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support) + Proficient in following modeling languages Unified Architecture Framework and/or The Open Group Architecture Framework + Experience in SAP Signavio and other similar tools **Conflict of Interest:** Successful candidate for this job must satisfy the company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
