A successful candidate has direct experience with Public Safety sUAS operations, loves to travel, has a strong understanding of Drone as First Responder concepts of operation, and is detail oriented - able to conduct thorough discovery, capture the customer feedback that guides product development, and work cross-functionally to prepare Customer Success Plans.
