Required Experience: Seven (7) years of experience working with health care information; experience with physician compensation models, Medicare payment models, financial/billing healthcare data (ICD-10, CPT, DRG); project management, consulting or decision support; developing business plans; experience analyzing data within relational database systems and tools, Excel, Pivot tables, etc. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer with a dotted-line relationship to the Chief Medical Officer/Chief Physician Executive, the Director serves as a trusted strategic advisor to executive, physician, and operational leadership, translating complex physician, clinical, operational, and financial data into actionable strategies that advance organizational priorities.
